Helensvale Netball Club was established in 1991 and has since experienced some exciting changes. The club began with four teams participating in the Southport Carrara Netball Association competition. In 2003 the club elected to play in the Hinterland Netball Association competition at Mudgeeraba and as of 2009 became a founding club of the Northern Gold Coast Netball Association (NGCNA) with Saturday’s competition games being played at Runaway Bay.
