2026 GRADING

Club grading for the 2026 season will be conducted on 15th and 22nd of February 2026 at

Coomera Indoor Sports Centre, located at 35 Beattie Road, Coomera.

​

Attendance is mandatory for all registered players in Under 9s and above this is to

ensure players are placed in the appropriate team.

 

Grading times will be confirmed and communicated via the club’s Facebook

and Instagram pages once finalised.​

U6 - born 2020

U7 - born 2019

U8 - born 2018

 

Junior Competition

U9 - born 2017

Ji - born 2012 - 2010

Opens - 2009 and older

All fees are made up of the following components:

Club Fee 

Pimpama Netball Association (PUNA) Fee

Netball Queensland Fee

​

 All fees includes weekly game fees, insurance, umpires and team photos.

​

All registrations are through the online portal at Netball Connect.

​

Grading will be held in February 2026. Time and location TBA.

​

​Members may be eligible for a Queensland Government Fair Play Voucher.

​

Helensvale Netball Club is a Fair Play Activity Provider and welcome the

redemption of Fair Play Voucher assistance.

Proof of Age

​

All new players must provide proof of age (birth certificate or passport).

Returning players do not need to resubmit this.

​

By completing your registration, you agree to the Policies, Procedures and

Terms & Conditions of Netball Australia, Netball Queensland,

PUNA, and Helensvale Netball Club.

Media - Promotions - Marketing Policy

By completing registration, you consent to Helensvale Netball Club using member images

or videos for marketing, publicity, promotional, educational or club-related purposes.

De-registration & Refunds

 

Junior (U9–Opens)

​

• Before grading & no court time: Full club fee refunded. NQ and PUNA fees depend on their approval.

​

• After grading but before season starts: No club fee refund. NQ and PUNA fees subject to their approval.

​

• From Round 1 onward: No refunds of club, PUNA, or NQ fees.

​

• HNC can only refund our club portion. All admins are volunteers — refunds are not instant. NQ and PUNA manage their own refund timelines.

 

Net Warriors

​

• Before first training & no court time: Full club fee refunded. NetSetGO pack is non-refundable. Remaining NQ and PUNA fees depend on their approval.

​

• After attending training or Round 1: No refunds of club, NQ, or PUNA fees.
