    NetSetGO

  • U6  Boys & Girls born 2019 - 10 weeks

  • U7 Boys & Girls born 2018

  • U8 Boys & Girls born 2017

  • U9 Boys & Girls born 2016

All NetSetGO fees of $320.00 are made up of the following components:

  • Club Fee 

  • NGCNA Fee

  • Netball Queensland Fee (Includes participant pack which is not refundable)

Junior Competition

  • U10 Boys & Girls born 2015

  • U11 Boys & Girls born 2014

  • U12 Boys & Girls born 2013

  • U13 Girls born from 2012​

  • Ji Girls born 2011 - 2009

  • Opens Girls born 2008 and older

 

All junior competition fees of $350.00 are made up of the following components:

  • Club Fee

  • NGCNA Fee

  • Netball Queensland Fee​

 

    All fees includes weekly game fees, insurance, umpires and team photos.

All registration are through the online portal at Netball Connect with full payment prior to the club grading day.

  Members may also be eligible for a Queensland Government Fair Play Voucher. Helensvale Netball Club is a Fair Play Activity Provider and welcome the redemption of Fair Play Voucher assistance.

Proof of Age

All new players to our club must provide proof of age for to be held on record by either supplying a copy of their Birth Certificate or passport.

Returning players do not need to provide this.​

By proceeding and completing the registration form, you are agreeing to be bound by the Policies, Procedures and membership Terms and Conditions of your National Sporting Body (Netball Australia), State Affiliate (Netball Queensland), Northern Gold Coast Netball Association (NGCNA) and our Club Helensvale Netball Club (HNC)

 

Media - Promotions - Marketing Policy

In completing your registration process, you also consent to Helensvale Netball Club (HNC) using a registered members images, video/film for use by HNC and its affiliates for use including marketing, publicity, promotional, preservation, educational and commercial purposes for the clubs ongoing interests. Please contact the secretary@helensvalenetball.com.au if you do not wish to participate due to personal and or safety reasons.

De-registration & Refunds​​

  • Junior (U10-Sen Int) Competition

    • If the de-registration occurs before grading and the player has not taken the court then a full refund of the club fee will be provided. The Netball Queensland and NGCNA fee component will be subject to approval from Netball Queensland and NGCNA.

    • If the de-registration occurs after club grading but before the competition has started no refund of the club fee component will be provided.  The Netball Queensland and NGCNA fee component will be subject to approval from Netball Queensland and NGCNA.

    • If the de-registration occurs on or after the first round of the competition then there will be NO refund of the club fee, NGCNA fee and Netball Queensland fee.

    • For absolute Clarity, Helensvale Netball Club (HNC) can only refund the HNC clubs portion of the fees. Please also note, HNC Club Administration are volunteers and support club administration duties in their spare time (Outside of day time work hours) - No instant refunds. NGCNA and Queensland Netball have their own processes and timelines on any potential refunds.

 

  • NetSetGO Competition

    • If the deregistration occurs before the first round of training and the player has not taken the court then a full refund of the club fee will be provided. The NetSetGO pack fee (part of the Netball Queensland fee component) will not be refunded after registration and the remaining balance of the Netball Queensland fee component will be subject to approval from Netball Queensland. The NGCNA fee component will be subject to approval from NGCNA.

    • If the deregistration occurs once the player has attended training or the first round of competition then there will be no refund of the club fee, NGCNA fee and Netball Queensland fee.
